Welcome to For Our Cats (4OurCats)! As a small, family-run business, we're dedicated to bringing you the best for your furry friends. We are just getting started, and we currently maintain a small amount of stock in the United Kingdom. Rest assured, we're working hard to expand our inventory as quickly as possible!

At the moment, we are shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £30. We hope to expand our shipping reach to other regions soon—stay tuned!

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase and shipping information. Please take a moment to review the information (such as flat number, street name, postcode, etc.). If you spot any mistakes, let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t see the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder—it might just be hiding there!

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during busy periods (like holidays or big sales), processing times might be a bit longer. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Shipping

We typically ship orders within 3-5 days using Royal Mail's trackable delivery service. For orders under £30, a flat shipping fee will apply. While we do our very best to ensure timely deliveries, please understand that delays can happen due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery

We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your items are damaged during transit, please contact us at info@forourcats.co.uk within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right!

Changing the Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at info@forourcats.co.uk as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will issue a full refund, minus any return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s another issue, please email us right away at info@forourcats.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these matters on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a solution that satisfies you. If possible, please report any delivery issues (such as damaged or wet packages) to the carrier when you receive your order.

Important Notes

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), there may be delays in processing your order. However, we promise to process your order as swiftly as possible once conditions improve.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be re-shipped at your expense.
